"Disquiet"
It delves into the unsettling realm of self-doubt, a feeling that emerged as it expanded my creative circle. This immersive sound art piece draws inspiration from concrete music and captures the contrast between inner turmoil and the serene environment of the Tallinn Botanic Garden. This artwork unburdened by formal art education or traditional techniques, questions the very essence of what it means to be an artist. Through this work, I challenge the notion that art must conform to established rules or demonstrate acquired skills. Instead, I view art as a means of self-communication, a process of understanding and being understood. "Disquiet" serves as a personal exploration, blending field recordings from the Botanic Garden with the my introspective journey. The result is a sonic experience that not only captures the tranquility of the garden but also reflects the my inner conflict, offering a nuanced perspective on the relationship between environment and emotion. This piece marks a new departure from the my previous works, as it embodies a more profound expression of self, pushing beyond the boundaries of their earlier creations.
This artwork was performed at the opening ceremony of  Liisa Addi's deeply personal exhibition, "The Black Sheep"
